I am an associate osteopath, who chose osteopathy due to running back ground and seeing how it helped me return to the sport I enjoy most. This then developed more due to seeing how it helps the general population return to their day to day activities and hobbies pain free. Seeing the changes osteopathy brings to people is what keeps me passionate about the job.
I studied at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) and graduated in 2021. During my studies I took part in specialist sports and headache clinics which are my areas of interest. After graduating I have since completed further courses on dry needling and shock wave therapy.
During my time I have work with many different people including European golfers and Hyrox athletes, met with many top consultants to develop links for alternative treatment options and many runners. I typically treat those aged 8 years old and up.
A little about myself I have been a track runner for many years, competing in the 400 & 800 meters. which saw me train with many of the best in the U.K and now slowed down and play golf in my free time to keep fit.

EXCELLENT30 reviewsKirstie JamesHad my first appointment with Laura today. Amazing difference from just the first session! She diagnosed the issue straight away and then got to work. My 'heavy' leg already feels much better. Will definitely be back. Thank you! 😊mitchell wilkinsonI have suffered with various back problems for over 30 years. I had a nasty flare up around 12 months ago. Painful to stand up straight and even walk. It was effecting my job as a chef. A few visits with Campbell Milton and I was sorted. He advised me on various stretches to do, which I have kept up with. I have had no problems since. Thank you 🙏James PThank you Laura for sorting out my pelvic/lower back issue that was causing me persistent discomfort. The fact it was done in the first session was amazing too. My previous experience of osteopathy (many years ago) has been minimal manipulation and just being asked to do certain stretches - walking away feeling a bit cheated of my money. This was very hands on - highly recommended and worth every pennyMike ForsytheFantastic treatment. Colette helped me with a longstanding neck issue and did so with professionalism and expertise.
