Our Story

We are a multidisciplinary clinic in Carshalton, Surrey offering Osteopathy, Sports Therapy & Massage Therapy.

As Osteopaths, we believe everyone can benefit from a tailored, whole-person approach to health.

We are Allied Healthcare Professionals who take time to understand your individual history, circumstances and unique physiology, to provide you with a personalised plan to bring you back to health.

For us, health is the body’s capacity to continually adapt to its environment. To be at your optimal health you must have the biggest capability to adapt. We work using manual techniques to help your body regain its reservoir of compensation.

Parking

Please allow extra time for parking as unfortunately there is no parking available at the practice. Please be aware of parking restrictions in surrounding roads for “Permit Holders Only” between 11am-1pm. This is applied on West Street Lane and Mill Lane. There is however 3 hours free parking bays on Honeywood Walk and the single yellow on that road is only in operation between 10-11am. This connects with West Street via a footpath.

Carshalton main line station is less than a 5 minute walk.

Buses service North Street and Pound Street from Sutton, Morden, Wallington, and Croydon. The S3 operates a hail a stop service along West Street itself.

   I have suffered with various back problems for over 30 years. I had a nasty flare up around 12 months ago. Painful to stand up straight and even walk. It was effecting my job as a chef. A few visits with Campbell Milton and I was sorted. He advised me on various stretches to do, which I have kept up with. I have had no problems since. Thank you 🙏

   Thank you Laura for sorting out my pelvic/lower back issue that was causing me persistent discomfort. The fact it was done in the first session was amazing too.

My previous experience of osteopathy (many years ago) has been minimal manipulation and just being asked to do certain stretches - walking away feeling a bit cheated of my money.

   I initially came to see Jonathan with a serious shoulder injury last year and have been back whenever I have had any niggles. Jon has a very relaxed manner and is brilliant at helping me understand any pain i have experienced and sets a clear plan for rehabilitation. I would definitely reccomend him and the surgery.
