I began my career here at Carshalton as an associate working alongside the highly respected Philip Courtney and Jennifer Foster. Now joint clinic owner and principal Osteopath, I partner with Jessica Trimnell with the desire to bring our community a clinic that provides excellence in patient care.

I graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (now UCO) with a Masters of Osteopathy with Distinction in 2015. I discovered Osteopathy after having regular treatment here at Carshalton, whilst competing as an elite gymnast. Whilst a lot of my patients present with sports related complaints, I see a wide variety of patients of all ages and believe the best recovery outcomes come from a balance of hands-on osteopathic treatment, home stretches & exercise.

I am extremely passionate about Osteopathy and thoroughly enjoy the variety of my work; ranging from treating professional athletes with performance goals, to treating those who just want to be able to live day-to-day pain free and improve their quality of life. I have completed further training in different treatment approaches including Sports Massage Therapy and Shockwave Therapy which complement my Osteopathic treatment style.

Outside of the clinic, I work as match day therapist for PGMOL group providing therapy for Match Officials at Premier League and cup fixtures at the London Premier League clubs. I also provide medical support for Surrey County rugby teams (from U13s-Senior) where I have worked since 2015 and recently received the ‘Rugby Safe’ award for my commitment to medical care in rugby union.

I have a large amount of experience to date in Sports Related Osteopathic Care for both children and adults – I spent 10 seasons working at a National League Rugby Club as Medical Lead, and was part of the Medical Team at IAAF World & ParaAthletic Championships in London 2017, as well as the Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022. My freelance work to date includes work with England Rugby Senior Men, the Springboks and the All Blacks as well as working alongside Return2Play (specialists in Head Injury & Concussion Care), at the Rosslyn Park HSBC National Schools 7s. Outside of rugby and football, I have also been privileged to work with various NFL teams and Australia Cricket.

I also have taught Osteopathic Technique and Clinical Integration at the European School of Osteopathy to undergraduate students and mentored numerous students, many of whom have gone on to have successful careers in both private clinic and sport settings.
