Meet The Team

I graduated July 2020 from Edge Hill University with Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Therapy.

I have a drive and passion for healthy well-being and sports. I have worked with numerous high level athletes and clubs including Warrington Wolves RLFC, Canadian Commonwealth athletes, The Spanish Basketball Academy and numerous others. I have previously and continue to work in private clinics providing treatment, rehabilitation and training programmes to all those in need, not just athletes. Helping my clients to transform their physical and mental well-being.

I also currently freelance for Return 2 Play who are the leading concussion specialists in the country, providing not only pitch-side assistance but sporting clinics to multiple schools as well as supporting other medical professionals. I have a wide depth of knowledge of paediatric injuries allowing her to work with clients of all ages.

I provide Sport Therapy services which includes joint mobilisation, sports massage, injury rehabilitation and dry needling.
