Osteopath
Hi, I am Tim and I graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy in London and am also certified Sports Massage Therapist. My interest in the functioning of the human body and how manual therapy can be used to improve people’s quality of life led me to pursue a career in osteopathy.
A lover of all sports, I excelled particularly in swimming, reaching a national level by the age of 14, and swam competitively for many years. This early passion for swimming and fitness sparked a life-long interest in the human body and its application in sporting settings. Over time, this interest has developed, with a particular focus on Olympic and Power lifting, and how the principles used in weight lifting can be applied to rehabilitation.
Outside of physical activity, I love spending my time preparing and cooking food for family and friends, especially on a barbeque. My passion for cooking comes from the importance I place on nutrition and its impact on physical wellbeing. I’m passionate about helping my clients better understand their own bodies and improving their physical and mental health through manual therapy, nutrition, and exercise.

EXCELLENT 30 reviews Kirstie James Had my first appointment with Laura today. Amazing difference from just the first session! She diagnosed the issue straight away and then got to work. My 'heavy' leg already feels much better. Will definitely be back. Thank you! 😊 mitchell wilkinson I have suffered with various back problems for over 30 years. I had a nasty flare up around 12 months ago. Painful to stand up straight and even walk. It was effecting my job as a chef. A few visits with Campbell Milton and I was sorted. He advised me on various stretches to do, which I have kept up with. I have had no problems since. Thank you 🙏 James P Thank you Laura for sorting out my pelvic/lower back issue that was causing me persistent discomfort. The fact it was done in the first session was amazing too. My previous experience of osteopathy (many years ago) has been minimal manipulation and just being asked to do certain stretches - walking away feeling a bit cheated of my money. This was very hands on - highly recommended and worth every penny Mike Forsythe Fantastic treatment. Colette helped me with a longstanding neck issue and did so with professionalism and expertise. Highly recommend. Amy Sinfield Jess is fantastic and knowledgable both myself and my partner have been coming here for a while and she always fixes any issues we have. Super professional :) 10/10 would recommend Matthew Barraclough I initially came to see Jonathan with a serious shoulder injury last year and have been back whenever I have had any niggles. Jon has a very relaxed manner and is brilliant at helping me understand any pain i have experienced and sets a clear plan for rehabilitation. I would definitely reccomend him and the surgery.
