What Is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a relaxing complementary therapy which promotes a sense of wellbeing. It is a unique therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to specific ‘reflexes’ on the hands or feet to stimulate the corresponding body area, region or organ to which it is linked. Zone Therapy divides the body into longitudinal sections as energy flows through the body where related and connected circulation and neural pathways travel.
