Alice McCauley

Massage Therapist

Hi my name is Alice and I specialise in Sports and Deep Tissue Massage. Following my degree in Sports Psychology, I went on to study my Level 3 in Sports Massage Therapy with Sports Therapy UK, followed by my Level 4 at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. I have treated a variety of patients during my career, not just individuals with sports injuries but also those who want to improve their overall health and wellness.

I am passionate about helping people and love seeing the positive effects massage can achieve. Sports massage has several benefits, including reducing stress and tension, reducing muscular pain and improving flexibility. Not only can massage improve physical health, but also mental well-being.

I also enjoy performing pre and post event massage at sporting events, having previously worked at the London Marathon and local half and full marathons.

   I have suffered with various back problems for over 30 years. I had a nasty flare up around 12 months ago. Painful to stand up straight and even walk. It was effecting my job as a chef. A few visits with Campbell Milton and I was sorted. He advised me on various stretches to do, which I have kept up with. I have had no problems since. Thank you 🙏

   Thank you Laura for sorting out my pelvic/lower back issue that was causing me persistent discomfort. The fact it was done in the first session was amazing too.

My previous experience of osteopathy (many years ago) has been minimal manipulation and just being asked to do certain stretches - walking away feeling a bit cheated of my money.

This was very hands on - highly recommended and worth every penny

   I initially came to see Jonathan with a serious shoulder injury last year and have been back whenever I have had any niggles. Jon has a very relaxed manner and is brilliant at helping me understand any pain i have experienced and sets a clear plan for rehabilitation. I would definitely reccomend him and the surgery.
