I have suffered with various back problems for over 30 years. I had a nasty flare up around 12 months ago. Painful to stand up straight and even walk. It was effecting my job as a chef. Thank you Laura for sorting out my pelvic/lower back issue that was causing me persistent discomfort. The fact it was done in the first session was amazing too. My previous experience of osteopathy (many years ago) has been minimal manipulation and just being asked to do certain stretches - walking away feeling a bit cheated of my money. I initially came to see Jonathan with a serious shoulder injury last year and have been back whenever I have had any niggles. Jon has a very relaxed manner and is brilliant at helping me understand any pain i have experienced and sets a clear plan for rehabilitation.
